Tea Lovers! Calling Tea Lovers! You’re going to love these popsicles made from tea bags! These homemade popsicles are incredibly easy to make and only require 3 ingredients . They taste just like Earl Grey tea, but in a refreshing Summer treat form!
The popsicles are only 25 calories so they’re a perfect Summer dessert to treat yourself to on those hot days where you just want to stay inside in the air conditioner!
Ingredients:
- Earl Grey Tea bags
- boiling water
- sweetener (sugar or honey)
How to Make
First up, grab 2 bags of Earl Grey tea. Use whatever is in your cabinet. Place tea bags in a large measuring cup.
Pour 1 1/2 cup of boiling water on top of your tea bags. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey and stir. Let steep for 10 minutes.|
Remove tea bags and allow to cool down on counter or put in the fridge for 15 minutes to quicken up the cooling down process. Once cool pour into your popsicle molds. This recipe makes 4 delicious popsicles.
Now press in your popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
The next day you’ll have delicious Earl Grey Popsicles to eat!
Other Tea Flavors to Try
If you’re looking for variations you could make them with English Breakfast Tea, Green Tea, Chai Tea or Mint Tea! Honestly the possibilities are endless, so if you’re craving some Hibiscus tea you could even use that!
To add some zest, add a teaspoon of lime or lemon to the tea bags when they’re steeping.
Want to add fruit? Add some frozen finely chopped strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or pineapple into the popsicle molds before freezing. Just be careful not to overflow the molds!

This is kind of genius! I love Earl Grey, but give it up during the warmer months as well. It never dawned on me to try to find other ways like popsicles to enjoy it. Can’t wait to make some of these!
