Dairy Free Banana Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie! This easy recipe uses fresh fruit to make a creamy smoothie perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack. Bonus: my kids love it too! Dairy free & vegan – no milk or yogurt in it!

glass filled with a smoothie with blueberries and strawberries on top.

Banana Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie Without Milk

This smoothie is dairy free and vegan.  It doesn’t include milk or yogurt.    Milk and yogurt have a tendency to slow me down and make smoothies taste heavy, so this is perfect for those on dairy free diets or just don’t prefer milk in their smoothies.

The recipe makes 24 ounces, which is perfect for 2 servings.  You can share with someone (if you’d like) but usually I drink one right away and then put the other half in the refrigerator for the next day. Also my kids absolutely love this smoothie so it’s a perfect afternoon snack for them.

This Banana Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie is my one of my favorite smoothies because it is so easy to make. It also includes 3 of my favorite fruits: banana, strawberries and blueberries.  It’s extremely simple, with no dairy, juices or spices added in. It’s just fruit! Using fresh fruit seems to taste the best however, if you want an extra chilled smoothie you can use frozen fruit.

This smoothie contains only 140 calories and has 150% of your daily requirement for vitamin C. It also has 34% of your daily potassium. And that’s just in one smoothie!

How to Store Leftover Smoothie

This smoothie makes 2 servings. Transfer leftovers to an airtight container, a glass or plastic container with a lid works great.  Place the sealed container in the refrigerator. The smoothie can be stored in the fridge for up to 1-2 days.

Before consuming the stored smoothie, give it a good shake or stir as ingredients may settle during storage.

This is one of the best smoothies for dessert, breakfast, anytime you want something good and good for you. I replaced the water with almond milk and added some honey.

I always add Chia Seeds & Oats in mine to thicken it. Keeps me full longer.
Sometimes I sneak in some Spinach for my little ones. They love it and can’t tell the difference. haha

I purchased a Vitamix mixer recently and am astounded by how delicious the Strawberry, Banana and Blueberry smoothie is. It is incredibly good and refreshing. I don’t even use the ice cubes- I use organic frozen fruit (sometimes fresh bananas) and water. That’s it. It makes the best smoothies ever!!!!

I say the same thing when this oppressive heat started my mantra has been that I canโ€™t wait for fall and winter. A smoothie is definitely the way to go and this sounds delicious โค๏ธ
