Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 8 strawberries hulled and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Recipe makes (2) 12 ounce cups.  I like to drink one and put the other in the refrigerator for the next day.
