Earl Grey Tea Popsicles

EASY 25 calorie Earl Grey Tea Popsicles are the best homemade Summer dessert!  These popsicles are made with 3 ingredients and are only 25 calories a piece making them a healthy popsicle! Experiment with different teas with this DIY recipe! 


  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey


  • Add tea bags to large measuring cup. Pour in boiling water. Add sugar and stir. Let tea bags steep for 10 minutes. Continue to let sit until cooled down or quicken up the process by placing the measuring cup in refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill.
  • Remove from refrigerator and pour into 4 popsicle molds. Put in freezer and freeze overnight.


Makes 4 popsicles.
