How to Make Sausage and Sauerkraut Soup in the Slow Cooker
Combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken soup, water, and chicken broth in a slow cooker.

- 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 32 ounce jar sauerkraut don’t drain
- 3 Yukon potatoes peeled and cubed
- 3 carrots peeled and chopped into slices
- 1 medium yellow onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound smoked sausage sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup, chicken broth and water.
- Add in sauerkraut, potatoes, carrots, onions, minced garlic, sausage and dill weed stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours (or until the potatoes are tender). Serve in bowls and enjoy!
