Crockpot Sauerkraut Soup (with sausage)
Polish Sauerkraut Soup made with sausage, ready in 5 hours in the crockpot. This is a creamy and chunky Sausage Sauerkraut Soup with potatoes that my family loves on chilly evenings!

Ingredients

condensed cream of mushroom soup

condensed cream of chicken soup

chicken broth
2 1/2

water

ounce jar
sauerkraut
don’t drain

Yukon potatoes
peeled and cubed
3
carrots
peeled and chopped into slices
1
medium
yellow onion
finely diced
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
pound
smoked sausage
sliced into 1 inch pieces
1
tablespoon
dried dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a crockpot mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup, chicken broth and water.
Add in sauerkraut, potatoes, carrots, onions, minced garlic, sausage and dill weed stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours (or until the potatoes are tender). Serve in bowls and enjoy!
