Crockpot Chili with Ground Turkey
This Slow Cooker Turkey Chili is the kind of recipe that makes you happy to come home. It’s hearty, packed with protein, and simmers all day to create a deep, rich flavor with almost zero effort. Loaded with lean ground turkey, black beans, kidney beans, and sweet corn, this healthy dinner is a complete meal in a bowl that warms you up from the inside out.
We love serving this chili with plenty of toppings like sour cream, avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese. But honestly, the best part is dunking a piece of fluffy cornbread right into the bowl to soak up all that savory tomato broth.
Whether you cook this chili on low for 7 hours or speed it up on high, this crockpot dinner is guaranteed to be a family favorite. By the way, if you are looking for more easy ways to use a pack of ground turkey, you have to try my Ground Turkey Tater Tot Casserole next!

Tip: You Can use Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey!
You can also make this chili with shredded turkey instead of ground turkey—it’s a perfect way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The slow cooker warms the turkey gently while letting all the flavors blend together for a hearty, comforting meal. It’s one of my favorite ways to use up our holiday turkey!
