Hearty Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Warm up your weeknight dinners with this hearty slow cooker turkey chili—a flavorful, protein-packed chili that’s easy to throw together and let simmer all day. Made with lean ground turkey, black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, and savory spices, this lean turkey chili is both nourishing and crowd-pleasing, especially served with a piece of sweet cornbread.

Because it cooks low and slow, the flavors deepen beautifully, making it a go-to easy crockpot chili recipe for busy families. Serve it with your favorite toppings—cheddar, sour cream, avocado, crushed tortilla chip for a comforting meal that’ll warm you up!

How to Make Crockpot Turkey Chili

Brown ground turkey in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.

Place turkey into a slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Give it a good stir.

Cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.

When done, serve your hearty chili in bowls, and add your favorite chili toppings.

Tip: You Can use Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey!

You can also make this chili with shredded turkey instead of ground turkey—it’s a perfect way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The slow cooker warms the turkey gently while letting all the flavors blend together for a hearty, comforting meal. It’s one of my favorite ways to use up our holiday turkey!
