EASY 25 calorie Earl Grey Tea Popsicles are the best homemade Summer dessert! These popsicles are made with 3 ingredients and are only 25 calories a piece making them a healthy popsicle! Experiment with different teas with this DIY recipe!
Tea is serious business to me, but in the Summer I have to change my daily rituals. Instead of a hot cup of Earl Grey or English Breakfast, I find myself sipping iced green tea for breakfast and throughout the day. I’ve been missing the taste of Earl Grey but with 90 degree temperatures it just doesn’t have the same enjoyment to it, so instead I came up with a way to make it shine in the Summer – Earl Grey Tea Popsicles!
These homemade popsicles are incredibly easy to make and only require 3 ingredients – tea, water and a sweetener (I prefer sugar, but you could use honey too). The tea taste is strong and you will definitely taste the Earl Grey with these making them a hit with tea lovers!
If you’re feeling adventurous you can try upping the yummy level of these popsicles by adding some frozen fruit to them. You can also change the tea flavor if you’re feeling in the mood for Chai Tea Popsicles or Mint Tea Popsicles!
First up, grab 2 bags of Earl Grey tea.
Add 1 1/2 cup of boiling water to your tea bags in a large measuring cup. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey and stir. Let steep for 10 minutes.|
Once it’s done steeping let it sit to cool down or put in the fridge for 15 minutes to quicken up the cooling down process.
Once cooled down, pour into your popsicle molds. This recipe makes 4 delicious popsicles.
Now press in your popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
The next day you’ll have the best Earl Grey Popsicles to eat!
Hope these Earl Grey Tea Popsicles become your new favorite Summer treat! Enjoy!
