HEALTHY, 2-ingredient Apple Pineapple Juice! This fresh homemade juice is made with just one Fuji apple and one pineapple! It’s perfectly balanced between sweet and tart and it has so many health benefits, including detox and weight loss!

Apple Pineapple Juice Recipe

You guys loved my 1-ingredient apple juice (hint: only apples!) so I thought I’d share a new easy juice recipe.

Not only is this Apple Pineapple Juice delicious, but it’s SO easy! First of all, you only need two ingredients – pineapple and apple! And then you just throw it all in the blender, and your juice is ready.

Here’s a recipe video I made to show you how to make it! It’s seriously that simple.

Is Fresh Fruit Juice Healthy?

Yes, this juice recipe is delicious and so easy, but it’s actually really healthy too! Drinking fresh juices can help your body to detox, help to create more alkaline in the body, and to give you a boost of energy and a clear mind.

Juicing is an awesome strategy used by a quickly-growing amount of people to aid in weight loss (especially belly fat), get more nutrients, and help fuel healthy lifestyles.

What Are The Benefits Of Drinking Pineapple Juice?

By drinking freshly made juices, your body can absorb the nutrients better than eating whole fruits and vegetables and it gives your digestive system a rest from working on fiber.

They say that juicing can reduce your risk of cancer, boost your immune system, help remove toxins from your body, aid digestion and help you lose weight. Fresh juices can give you a burst of energy and a clear mind.

I love this juice for a daily afternoon drink to give me a boost of energy. It’s a great alternative to coffee if you’re trying to limit your cups!

Health Benefits Of Apples And Pineapples

Apples: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” is a famous saying for good reason. Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help fight inflammation and reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.

Pineapples: Pineapples are tropical fruits that are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. They may help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. And, despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in calories.

How Do You Make Pineapple Juice?

This juice recipe is so incredibly basic, but because I can’t get enough of it, I had to share it. When I make pineapple juice, I love to add some sweetness to it, so I throw in a Fuji apple too. The ratio is 1 pineapple to 1 apple.

Chop and remove the sides from the pineapple. Chop the apple. It’s up to you if you want to peel the apple or not.

Add everything to your juice, blender or Nutribullet (we love ours). Add 1/4 cup water along with fruit in blender to help the blades move.

Blend until smooth and then serve into cups.

More Juice Combinations to try:

The great thing about juices is that they are very versatile and you can add whatever you want to the mix. Why not try bananas, or kale, or collards, or oranges?

  • Drink Your Greens: Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Lemon, Ginger, and Apple (optional: parsley)
  • The Detoxifier: Beets, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger, Apple
  • The Vision: Carrots, Oranges, Ginger (optional: turmeric)
  • Sweet Carrot: Apples, Carrots, and Parsley

Buying a Home Juicer

There are many types of juicer machines on the market.  I have a Breville Juicer that I’ve been using for years without any problems  It gets the job done without a problem. Also, here’s a less expensive juicer.   You can also use a NutriBullet for making juices.  Our NutriBullet gets used daily for juices and my husband’s protein shakes!

OMG. Did I get all of the Outkast references? Ummm yeah. Yes I did. My favorite CD in college was Aquemini. I used to turn it up loud with the windows down and the sunroof open … Many dance parties were started with some Outkast …

I love pineapple juice, and it seriously never occurred to me to make my own. Thank you for showing me the way. Once again … you totally rock!

I really wanted pineapple juice the other day, but they were $6 (!!!!) so I went with a papaya instead. I love the combo of pineapple and apple though, I usually throw in a little mint too. Since you mentioned bananas in your post, do you actually have luck juicing bananas? I end up with weird pudding when I throw one in my juicer.

I hate when they are expensive, that’s how I feel about raspberries right now. 🙁 About bananas, I wish! That would make life so much easier. If using a banana, I’ll put the juice in a blender, throw a banana in there and then go to work.

Oh I am totally sold on this! I only like the 100% fruit, no sugar added, juice. Most of the time the best option is to make my own fruit juice. I haven’t tried to juice a pineapple yet… I sense I will love it!
