This Apple Pineapple Juice recipe is quick, easy, and full of fresh fruit flavor. Made with just apples and pineapple, it’s a simple 2-ingredient juice you can make in a blender or juicer. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you want a refreshing homemade fruit juice.
Trim the top and bottom of the pineapple, slice off the outer skin, and cut the fruit into chunks. Core the apples, remove the seeds, and chop them into pieces. It's up to you if you want to peel the apple or not, but typically I don't peel the apples. Add pineapple and apples to your juicer and begin juicing the fruit.
If you don't have a juicer you could use a blender. Add the fruit and 1/4 cup of water to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve in cups and enjoy! Store any leftoer juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days. Give it a quick stir or shake before serving, as fresh juice can naturally separate. You can also freeze small portions in ice cube trays and blend them later for a refreshing frozen juice treat.
