Broccoli Christmas Tree

Easy, healthy broccoli Christmas tree made with broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes and pretzels. It’s a perfect 10 minute holiday snack or appetizer vegetable tray!

Quick Broccoli Christmas Tree

This is such a fun and quick Christmas snack recipe. Broccoli florets are arranged as the tree, cauliflower is placed on the bottom as a snowy ground, and pretzels are added as the tree trunk.

Bell peppers and cherry tomatoes are added to the tree to decorate it with ornaments, garland and presents!

Ingredients for Broccoli Tree

  • broccoli, broken into florets
  • cauliflower, broken into florets
  • red and yellow bell peppers, sliced
  • cherry tomatoes
  • pretzel sticks

How to Make Christmas Tree Vegetable Tray

Arrange cauliflower on the base as the snowy ground.

Add pretzel sticks to lay as a trunk on the bottom of the broccoli tree.

Arrange broccoli florets in the shape of a Christmas tree.

Drape red pepper strips as garland between the rows of broccoli florets.

Stick in the cherry tomatoes as ornaments. Cut remaining yellow bell pepper to become star ornaments on the tree.

Add star to the top of the tree. Use more peppers to make presents that surround the tree. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • cauliflower broken into florets
  • pretzel sticks
  • broccoli broken into florets
  • red and yellow bell peppers sliced
  • cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Place cauliflower pieces on the bottom as the snowy ground.
  • Add pretzel sticks for the trunk of the tree.
  • Arrange broccoli florets in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  • Drape red pepper strips as garland between the rows of broccoli florets.
  • Add in the cherry tomatoes a as ornaments. Cut yellow bell pepper into stars and place some as more ornaments.
  • Place one yellow pepper star on top of the tree. Use more peppers to make presents that surround the tree.
