This Santa Vegetable tray is always a hit at Christmas time! It’s quick to make for a party snack and appetizer, or just to make for fun with your family so your kids can fight over who gets to eat Santa’s eyes.
The vegetable platter is made with raw vegetables so it’s quick to put together! You could even cut up the cauliflower, peppers and cucumbers ahead of time if you are going to be tight on time!

Ingredients for Veggie Tray
- cauliflower, broken into florets
- red bell peppers, cut into strips
- cucumber, sliced
- cherry tomatoes
- black olives
How to Make a Christmas Vegetable Platter
Arrange cauliflower florets for Santa’s beard on a plate plate or serving platter.
Add cucumber slices for the face.
Add slices of red bell peppers for Santa’s hat.
Add more cauliflower for the bottom of Santa’s hat.
Add cherry tomatoes at the very bottom for Santa’s jacket.
Add black olives for the eyes, a cherry tomato for the nose and a pepper slice for a smile.
