This Santa Vegetable tray is always a hit at Christmas time! It’s quick to make for a party snack and appetizer, or just to make for fun with your family so your kids can fight over who gets to eat Santa’s eyes.

The vegetable platter is made with raw vegetables so it’s quick to put together! You could even cut up the cauliflower, peppers and cucumbers ahead of time if you are going to be tight on time!
