Ingredients
cauliflower
broken into florets
red bell peppers
cut into strips
cucumber

cherry tomatoes

Instructions
Arrange cauliflower florets for Santa's beard.
Add cucumber slices for Santa's face.
Add slices of red bell pepper for Santa's hat, along with more cauliflower for the trim of the hat.
Add cherry tomatoes at the very bottom for Santa's jacket.
Finally, add olives for Santa's eyes, a cherry tomato for the nose, and a slice of pepper for Santa's smile.
