DELICIOUS and only 175 CALORIES, this Birthday Cake Ice Cream Chocolate Brownie is my favorite dessert recipe!  This healthy easy recipe uses all-natural ingredients and won’t leave you without any guilt after eating!  It’s amazing – you must try it!

This Birthday Cake Ice Cream Chocolate Brownie has been satisfying my ice cream craving.  And even better, the entire thing is only 175 calories which means I don’t have to feel guilty at all about having ice cream after dinner! DELICIOUS and only 175 CALORIES, this Birthday Cake Ice Cream Chocolate Brownie is my favorite dessert recipe! This healthy easy recipe uses all-natural ingredients and won't leave you without any guilt after eating! It's amazing - you must try it!

Have you heard about Halo Top ice cream? It’s all the buzz right now in the food world!  It has so much buzz to it my husband who doesn’t really look at food blogs except the occasional “Science of Chocolate Chip Cookies” or “This is the best pizza dough ever!” articles mentioned Halo Top ice cream to me a few days ago.  I had to stop in my tracks and realize that if my husband is talking about it, then it must be serious!  I ran to the store (more like waddled) and picked out 4 kinds to try – Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Mint Chip and Birthday Cake.  Sadly they were out of Peanut Butter Cup and Oatmeal Cookie or I would have added those to my shopping basket too.  DELICIOUS and only 175 CALORIES, this Birthday Cake Ice Cream Chocolate Brownie is my favorite dessert recipe! This healthy easy recipe uses all-natural ingredients and won't leave you without any guilt after eating! It's amazing - you must try it!

What makes it special?   Halo Top is a low-calorie, high-protein and low-sugar ice cream that uses the best, all-natural ingredients so that it tastes like regular ice cream without the extra calories.  If you look at the front of the pints you’ll see that the ENTIRE pint of vanilla, chocolate and mint is only 240 calories! Birthday Cake is only 280 calories per pint!  I had my worries that this was too good to be true, but from once ice cream loving friend to another – this is the real deal.  It tastes just like ice cream!  In fact I texted my husband after eating a serving with a important message “OMG, THIS TASTES JUST LIKE ICE CREAM. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT!”.  We now have a Halo Top ice cream date set for tonight.

A serving of Halo Top Birthday Cake ice cream is 70 calories (1/2 cup!). Pair that with my 100 calorie brownie and you have 170 calories.  I added rainbow sprinkles on top so that totaled the recipe at 175 calories!  Are you in love? I am! DELICIOUS and only 175 CALORIES, this Birthday Cake Ice Cream Chocolate Brownie is my favorite dessert recipe! This healthy easy recipe uses all-natural ingredients and won't leave you without any guilt after eating! It's amazing - you must try it!

I am a big fan of Birthday Cake flavored things so I knew this had to be the first flavor I tried.   It’s so good!  It tastes exactly how Birthday Cake ice cream should taste!   To me it tastes like Funfetti cake batter in ice cream form which is the best review a Birthday Cake lover could give.  Once I added it on top of a warm chocolate brownie it was perfection.    DELICIOUS and only 175 CALORIES, this Birthday Cake Ice Cream Chocolate Brownie is my favorite dessert recipe! This healthy easy recipe uses all-natural ingredients and won't leave you without any guilt after eating! It's amazing - you must try it!
