Easy Skillet Kielbasa and Green Beans Recipe

It’s green bean season in the garden, and this skillet recipe has quickly become a go-to for us this year! Fresh, crisp green beans pair perfectly with sweet corn and juicy kielbasa, all tossed together in a touch of butter for a simple, flavorful meal.

For the days when we don’t have time to plan ahead or remember to start the crockpot for kielbasa and green beans, this 20-minute skillet dinner is our lifesaver. It’s easy, delicious and comes together in no time—making it a weeknight favorite that the whole family looks forward to.

Cooking Fresh Green Beans from Your Garden

There’s nothing better than cooking with vegetables straight from the garden, and green beans are one of our favorites this time of year. For the freshest flavor, pick your green beans in the morning when they’re crisp and tender. Snap off the ends, cut them into thirds and give them a quick rinse before cooking—they’ll take on the flavors of butter, corn, and kielbasa beautifully in the skillet.

If you want to stretch your harvest, green beans can be frozen for later use. This way, you can enjoy garden-fresh green beans in quick meals over the next few months.
