Baked Italian Sliders are made with honey ham, turkey breast, provolone cheese, and roasted veggies stacked on sweet Hawaiian rolls! These mini sandwiches are easy, fast and delicious! Perfect for lunch, dinner or a party!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and green pepper to a baking sheet. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt on top and mix to coat. Bake vegetables for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway.
Cut open each dinner roll. Add a slice of deli ham and turkey to each one, folding it up to fit on the roll. Add half a slice of provolone cheese on top. Add a small amount of roasted veggies on each. Cover with top part of dinner roll.
Add sliders to a baking dish that will fit them all. Spread a small amount of softened butter on top of each roll, this will give it a flaky crispy top.
Turn oven to LOW broil. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the top of each roll is slightly browned. Keep a eye on them because they will burn quickly! Remove from oven and serve!
