Homemade chicken nachos made with chicken breast, salsa and shredded cheese. My kids love this recipe for dinner and I love it because it only takes 20 minutes!
NACHOS TIP: Always bake the tortilla chips before adding any toppings. By prebaking them you'll prevent the chips from becoming soggy!

Step 1. Bake the tortilla chips.
Step 2. Make the chicken mixture in a nonstick skillet.
Step 3. Add spoonfuls of refried beans to tortilla chips.
Step 4. Add chicken mixture on top.
Step 5. Add cheese and tomatoes and bake.
Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy your loaded chicken nachos!
Tip: This is really a starter recipe as you can swap out the ingredients to what your family likes! You can easily use rotisserie chicken, or ground beef/turkey/chicken instead of shredded chicken breast. You can add black beans, pickled jalapenos, olives, green onions, lettuce, avocado or sour cream on top – just do YOU!
