Ingredients

– Chicken breasts – Flour – Dried oregano – Salt – Pepper – Olive oil – Beef broth – Marsala cooking wine – Mushrooms – Onion

Add

chicken breasts into a plastic bag with flour, oregano, salt and pepper.

Shake

the bag so chicken breasts are completely covered in this mixture.

Add

olive oil, and chicken breasts and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Add

beef broth and marsala wine over chicken in pan. Add mushrooms and onions and stir.

Cover

the skillet and simmer. Flip the chicken halfway.

Serve

next to mashed potatoes and vegetables! Enjoy!
