This extra-easy cheesy taco dinner casserole is ready to serve in just 45 minutes! It combines cooked ground beef, pasta noodles, taco seasoning and a can of tomato soup with shredded taco-blend cheese. Bake in the oven until brown-edged and bubbling! It’s a simple casserole dish and a family favorite.
Cook bow tie pasta according to time on the box until al dente. Drain, and set the pasta aside.
In a large skillet, add ground beef and green pepper, cooking until the ground beef is browned, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
Add cooked pasta into the skillet, along with the tomato soup, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Stir to fully combine with the ground beef mixture.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or cheesy is bubbly and lightly browned. Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
