Delicious garlic shrimp pasta casserole made in less than 30 minutes! It’s a one pot skillet meal that the whole family will love!
PASTA TIP: Although I think penne works great for this casserole, you could also use rotini or spaghetti.
16 ounce penne pasta 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1 pound uncooked shrimp 1 tablespoon dried parsley 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Step 1. Cook Pasta and set aside.
Step 2. Cook shrimp in butter, olive oil and dried parsley.
Step 3. Make cream sauce.
Step 4. Mix shrimp in cream sauce, along with pasta.
Step 5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake.
Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy your delicious shrimp pasta casserole!
