1head of cauliflowercut into florets
2potatoeschopped, you don't need to peel them
2carrotspeeled and chopped
1small onionpeeled and chopped
1/2teaspoonpepper(use white pepper if you have it)
Add cauliflower, potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and garlic to crockpot.
Add vegetable broth, salt and pepper and stir.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Use a immersion blender, or carefully transfer to a blender to blend. Please be careful, the soup is very hot. Blend until the soup is smooth and creamy.
