Ingredients

Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

package
dry onion beef soup mix
2 3/4
cup
water or beef broth
1
teaspoon
rosemary
1
pound
Italian Meatballs
I used Carando Italian Style meatballs
3
cups
potatoes
peeled and diced
1
cup
carrots
peeled and diced
1
cup
celery
1
small
onion
chopped
Instructions
Add mushroom soup, dry onion beef soup mix, 3/4 cup water and rosemary to slow cooker. Stir.
Add meatballs in slow cooker on top of gravy mixture.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onion to slow cooker. Add remaining 2 cups of water. Stir.
Cook on high for an additional 2.5 hours.
Serve on plate. Enjoy!
