These mini mummy sweet peppers are the ultimate Halloween snack, perfect for parties or spooky family fun. 1/2cupmozzarella cheese block, sliced into thin pieces(or you can use shredded cheese)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the stem off each pepper and then cut in half. Place the peppers on a baking sheet.
Fill each pepper with black beans. Add a couple pieces of cheese on top of each one, resembling mummy bandages.
Bake for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. When removed from the oven, add 2 eyes to each mummy on top of the cheese, gently pressing it down to stick. Serve and enjoy the cutest mummy peppers!
