Fluffy No Butter Waffles
These no butter waffles are light, fluffy, and easy to make with simple pantry ingredients. Made with applesauce instead of butter, they’re perfect for a quick breakfast or freezer-friendly meal prep.

Ingredients

all purpose flour

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

tablespoons
sugar

eggs

warm milk

applesauce

vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in large bowl.
Add eggs, warm milk, applesauce and vanilla extract. Stir so everything is combined and isn't lumpy.
Add spoonfuls of batter to a preheated waffle iron. Cook each waffle for about 4 minutes, or until golden in color.
Serve warm, add maple syrup, and enjoy!
