I have a picky toddler and she loves this puree, so trust me - your baby is going to love this Butternut Squash Baby Food Recipe made with fruits and vegetables! And even better, it's easy to make! This is a nutritious Stage 2 and Stage 3 puree for baby, or to serve to toddlers in pouches.

2cupsbutternut squashpeeled and chopped
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add butternut squash, apple and celery and cook on a low boil for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes your fork should be able to easily go through the vegetables. If it doesn't, cook for 5 more minutes or until your fork can easily go into them. Drain the vegetables.
Add butternut squash, apple and celery into food processor (or blender). Add banana, raspberries and blueberries and pulse until baby food consistency. For the food processor, this only takes a few seconds.
Serve immediately (after cooling down), place in refrigerator to eat within 2 days, or freeze for later usage. I also love putting this food in reusable pouches for my toddler to snack on!
