Ingredients

– Whole wheat flour  – Baking powder – Salt – Cinnamon – Blueberries – Almond milk – Egg – Vanilla extract – Apples

Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together.

Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the smashed blueberries, milk, egg, and vanilla. Gently mix everything together then fold in the apples.

Spoon the batter into a prepared muffin pan, then bake until they’re slightly golden brown.

Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the tray before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
