These Cream Puffs with Vanilla Pudding Filling are light, fluffy and easy to make with instant pudding mix!

for the filling: vanilla pudding mix, heavy cream and milk for the puffs: butter, water, flour, salt and eggs

Step 1. Make the filling mixture and let it set in the refrigerator.
Step 2. Make the puff pastry dough and bake on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 3. Bake the puffs until golden brown.
Step 4. Slice each puff in half so you can begin to fill the bottom of each cream puff with vanilla pudding cream and place the other half on top, so it closes like a sandwich.
