Crispy Roasted Carrots (Oven 425F)
Ready in 20 minutes, you will love these crispy oven roasted carrots. Sliced into discs, these carrots taste to sweet and tender. Serve as a delicious side dish or add in to any carrot recipe!

Ingredients

pound
carrots
peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch discs
3
tablespoons
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place carrots directly on baking sheet. Pour olive oil on top, stirring carrots to coat in the oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top to taste.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring carrots half way. Remove from oven when they are crispy and browned. Serve and enjoy.
