Refrigerator/Freezer raspberry jam made in the bread machine. All you need is raspberries, sugar and lemon juice. No pectin required! This recipe makes (2) 4 ounce jars, or (1) half pint jar of jam.
Place the raspberries in a bowl and gently mash them so they are broken up and no longer whole.
Add all of the ingredients into the bread machine baking pan in this order: raspberries, sugar, lemon juice.
Select the JAM course on the machine and hit start. My bread machine takes about 1 hour, 20 minutes from start to completion.
Remove jam from pan and place in mason jars. This recipe makes (2) 4 ounce jars, or (1) half pint jar. The jam will be a little runny but it’s going to thicken up in the refrigerator. Place in the refrigerator to use within a few weeks, or place in the freezer to freeze. Use as you need it - enjoy!
