Creamy Kale Smoothie with Pineapple and Banana (no dairy!)
Creamy kale smoothie with sweet tropical flavor from pineapple and banana. It's a healthy and delicious way to start your day or enjoy as a refreshing afternoon/ post workout snack.
1cupice cubes(skip these if you’re using frozen pineapple)
1cupalmond milk or water
Instructions
Place kale in the blender first.
Add chopped pineapple, bananas and ice cubes into the blender.
Pour in almond milk or water. You can adjust the amount to achieve your desired smoothie consistency. Start with 1 cup and add more as needed.
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, and no kale or fruit chunks remain. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk or water and blend again until you reach your desired thickness.
Pour the tropical kale smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
