$4 MEALS: PARSLEY PASTA WITH PARMESAN

I love this simple pasta recipe because it's healthy, easy to make in 15 minutes, and cheap (costs less than $5 for family of 6).  

Step 1: Cook Pasta.

Step 2:  Chop Parsley  (we want the top section)

Step 3:  Add parsley to food processor.

Step 4:  Add broth, lemon juice and olive oil along with parsley.

Step 5: Pulse until you have a creamy sauce.

Step 6: Add sauce to  hot pasta.

Step 7: Add parmesan cheese.

Step 8:  And stir to mix.

Serve and enjoy!
