1. Select ripe avocados. 2. Remove the pit and scoop avocado out into a bowl. 3. Mash avocado with a spoon. 4. Add 1/2 of the diced tomatoes, diced onions, lime juice, salt and cilantro into bowl with the avocados and mix well. 5. Add remaining 1/2 of the diced tomatoes on the edges of the guacamole dip. 6. Using a pastry bag, create spiral circles around the entire top. OR you can simply use a plastic bag, and cut a hole in it to make your own DIY pastry bag.
