Pumpkin Roll With Cream Cheese Filling

easy Thanksgiving dessert!


– Flour – Sugar – Baking soda – Pumpkin pie spice – Pumpkin puree – Eggs – Lemon juice – Confectioners powdered   sugar – Cream cheese – Butter – Confectioner's powdered   sugar

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice.

Stir in pumpkin puree, eggs, lemon juice. Continue to stir until smooth.

Pour mixture into cookie sheet, spreading until mixture smooth and even.

When cake comes out, turn cookie sheet upside down and put the cake onto the cheesecloth. Carefully roll up the cheesecloth with cake, forming your pumpkin roll.

While cooling, prepare your cream cheese filling. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.

When the cake has cooled, unroll it and spread the filling onto it, edge to edge. Immediately re-roll (without the cheesecloth).

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.  Slice & enjoy! Your Thanksgiving guests will love this festive dessert!
