Easy to make baked potatoes made in the crockpot. Wrap them in aluminum foil and cook for 5 hours for soft potatoes with crispy skins! These make the best baked potatoes!
Clean the potatoes, and then poke holes in each potato using a fork or a knife.
Place each potato on a sheet of aluminum foil. Brush olive oil over potatoes and then sprinkle salt to taste.
Wrap each potato up in aluminum foil tightly and place in slow cooker. Close lid.
Cook until tender, about 4 1/2-5 hours on HIGH or 7 hours on LOW. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool before opening the foil. Slice potato open and add butter, sour cream, chives, bacon or whatever else you want to add!
