Super moist Cherry Clafoutis recipe that’s delicious! This French dessert looks fancy but it’s so easy to make! Sweet tart cherries really shine in this creamy custard!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9×9 pan with nonstick spray.
Place eggs in large bowl and beat until foamy. Add milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and salt to bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour batter into pan.
Add pitted cherries on top, completely covering.
Bake for 35-40 minute or until browned and a toothpick come out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Serve in bowls or plates, sprinkling powdered sugar on top (optional).
