all purpose flour
For the frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. This recipe makes 6 donuts but you can easily double it for a dozen, or even more.
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt with a spoon.
Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla into the bowl and continue stirring until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
Pour batter into donut pan (about 3/4 filled), making sure the middle section of each donut is clean. Bake for 13-14 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before popping them out.
To make the peanut butter frosting, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk in a bowl with hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
Use a spatula or butter knife, and spread frosting on each donut. Serve, and enjoy!
