Baked Chocolate Donuts With Peanut Butter Frosting
These donuts are easy to make and will satisfy your chocolate loving sweet tooth. On top is the most delicious peanut butter frosting!

Ingredients
For the donuts

all purpose flour

white sugar

cocoa powder

teaspoon
baking soda

milk

vegetable oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract
For the frosting
1
cup
powdered sugar
1/4
cup
peanut butter
1/4
cup
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. This recipe makes 6 donuts but you can easily double it for a dozen, or even more.
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt with a spoon.
Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla into the bowl and continue stirring until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
Pour batter into donut pan (about 3/4 filled), making sure the middle section of each donut is clean. Bake for 13-14 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before popping them out.
To make the peanut butter frosting, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk in a bowl with hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
Use a spatula or butter knife, and spread frosting on each donut. Serve, and enjoy!
