Ingredients
2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
1/2teaspooncinnamon
3cupsquick cooking oats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium high heat until butter is melted.
Add oats and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to fully coat all the oats.
Pour the oat mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out with a spatula. Place it in the oven to bake until the granola looks golden brown, the edges are crispy, and it smells amazing, about 8-9 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes. Once cool, break it up into granola size pieces. Store in a mason jar or plastic bag.
