Ingredients

tomatoes
seeds removed, chopped

small cucumber
thinly sliced and chopped
1/2
of a
red onion
chopped
2
tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped
3 oz package
tuna
2
tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
lemon juice
salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley and tuna to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour in olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle salt + pepper to taste. Stir.
Serve immediately or chill for later serving.
