Slow Cooker Onion Dip
This Slow Cooker Onion Dip is made with caramelized onions, mozzarella cheese, butter, and sour cream. It’s the perfect party cheesy dip with chips and veggies!

Ingredients
4
large
onions
peeled and sliced
2
cloves
garlic
minced
2
tablespoons
butter
2
tablespoons
olive oil
8
ounces
sour cream
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
cup
mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Add onions, garlic, butter and olive oil in slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Take onion mixture out of slow cooker and put in food processor along with sour cream, salt and pepper. Pulse a few times until creamy.
Add onion dip back into slow cooker, add mozzarella cheese and mix.
Cook for 30 minutes on LOW.
Serve, dip and enjoy! If serving at a party, you can put it into a bowl or keep in the slow cooker on WARM setting.
