Prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper on it for easy cleanup.
In a medium saucepan melt chocolate chips and peanut butter chips over medium heat, until completely melted. Remove saucepan from stove.
Add chow mein noodles and peanuts to the saucepan and mix. You want to do this quickly as the chocolate will set fast.
Spoon out tablespoon size mixture and place onto wax paper. Continue doing this until you have no more mixture left. Add a pinch of sea salt on top (optional but highly recommended)
Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy! If you have any leftovers, store them in the refrigerator.
