Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add shrimp, bell peppers and onions to baking sheet.
Add olive oil, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin and paprika on top and stir so shrimp and peppers are fully coated with spices.
Place in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp is bright pink. Turn oven to broil and cook for 2 more minutes (while watching, careful that it doesn’t burn).
Remove from the oven and squeeze lime on top. Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
