Ingredients

Sweet Italian Sausage
cut into 2 pieces

yellow onion
chopped

peeled and chopped

celery

frozen green beans

pearl barley

chicken broth

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir.
Close the lid and cook on LOW or 6-7 hours or until barley and potatoes are tender. Mine usually always takes 6 hours.
Serve in bowls with a sprinkle or Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
