Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Add ground beef, crackers, cheddar cheese, onion, eggs and pasta sauce in a bowl. Combine with spoon or hands.
Add meatloaf mixture onto the aluminum foil and shape into a zombie face, sculpting eye sockets. Press down hard boiled eggs into the eye sockets, making sure to shape the mixture around them to hold them into place while baking.
In a small bowl mix together pasta sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to make the tomato sauce glaze. Use a brush and spread on the entire zombie face, including the eyes. Whatever sauce is leftover, keep it until serving.
Bake in the oven for 55-65 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Allow to cool, scrape out a small section for the mouth and then add pieces of canned corn for the teeth. You can serve the remaining canned corn as a side dish to this meatloaf. Add 1 slice of olive to each eye on top of the egg to make the eyeballs.
Brush remaining tomato sauce glaze on top of everything before serving. Enjoy this spooky Halloween dinner!
