Delicious Bok Choy Stir Fry in Brown Sauce recipe, to serve over rice for a full healthy meal. This easy Asian dish only takes 15 minutes to make and is bursting with flavor!
Wash the bok choy, making sure to wash off any dirt on them. Set aside.
In a small bowl let's make the brown sauce. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, flour, rice cooking wine, sesame oil and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Set aside.
Heat up 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Add bok choy and stir, coating it in vegetable oil. Add brown sauce on top of bok choy and stir so each piece of bok choy has brown sauce on it.
Add 1/2 cup of water and reduce heat to a low boil. Cook for about 5-10 minutes or until the sauce thickens up.
