Mexican Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn drained
  • 1 can of black beans drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lime or 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cilantro to garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Make sure to refrigerate leftovers.
