Place the chocolate chips in a microwave save dish. Heat for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to heat in 10 second increments until the chocolate chips are completely melted.
Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until it is smooth.
Put in bowl and chill in refrigerator until firm, reaching a pudding consistency.
Serve in bowls, with additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
