Easy Cinnamon Rolls ready in 12 minutes, made in muffin pans! Use refrigerated biscuits to make Cinnamon Rolls with powdered sugar icing that your kids will love!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin cup pan with nonstick spray. This recipe will make around 12 cinnamon rolls.
Add butter, sugars and cinnamon into a large plastic bag and shake to mix fully.
Take each biscuit and rip it up into 6 pieces. Put all the biscuit pieces in the plastic bag and shake to coat evenly with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place a couple of biscuit pieces into each muffin cup to evenly fill them up, until you fill all 12 up. You'll use anywhere between 4-8 pieces depending on what size biscuits you used. Keep filling them up until all biscuit pieces are used.
Bake in the oven for 13-14 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Remove the rolls from the pan (they should pop right out) and place on a plate.
For the icing
Mix powdered sugar, milk, butter and vanilla together in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer. Mix until it's a smooth icing.
Pour icing over warm cinnamon rolls. Serve and enjoy!
