Ingredients

cup
shelled edamame soybeans
thawed or fresh, make sure they are patted dry
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
tablespoon
Parmesan cheese
2
teaspoons
wasabi powder
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix all ingredients together so soybeans are well coated with seasonings.
Place soybeans on baking sheet, spreading them out so they are on a single layer.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy and slightly browned. Flip the soybeans halfway through. Remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy!
