Ingredients

old fashioned oats
1/2
cup
milk
(dairy or plant based)

tablespoons
peanut butter
2
teaspoons
brown sugar

teaspoon
flax seeds
1/8
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
All of the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Right before eating, remove lid and add a additional small splash of milk. Mix again. Eat and enjoy!
