  • 1 cup cooked brown rice I used 1 Minute Ready to Serve Rice container
  • 1/2 cup cooked refried beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn
  • 1 small tomato - chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno - seeds removed chopped
  • salsa of your choice I use salsa verde


  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Pour salsa of your choice on top. Enjoy.
